The I Bar Ranch facility is located on 10 acres with mountain views in every direction. Located on the grounds are the following amenities:

Location: 1.5 miles from the center of Gunnison, Colorado

7500 Sq.Ft. Covered pavilion with:

  • Raised, lighted stage with sound system capabilities
  • 63 Picnic tables
  • Lighting for night time
  • Electrical

Kitchen Preparation Building:

  • 300 Sq. Ft building
  • Refrigerator
  • Freezer
  • 15 sq ft BBQ Grill (outside)

Restroom Facilities:

  • Twelve total (six each) Men’s and Women’s bathrooms

Parking:

  • Room for 500 vehicles
